# Neville iOS – Privacy Policy

**Last updated:** May 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application **La Ley (Neville iOS)** (the “App”) handles information.

## 1. Data Controller

Developer and publisher:

**Yorjandis Pérez G.**

Contact: **info@ypgcode.es**

## 2. Personal Data Collection

The App does **not** collect, store, sell, or share personal data on external servers by default.

## 3. Data Stored on Device

The App may store user-created content locally on the device (for example: notes, reminders, goals, journal entries, preferences, and similar content required for core functionality).

When available, sync features provided by Apple services (for example iCloud/Apple account) depend on the user’s own Apple settings and Apple’s privacy terms.

## 4. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers in-app purchases/subscriptions processed by Apple through StoreKit.

We do not receive your full payment card details.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms.

## 5. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs for behavioral ads.

If analytics or diagnostics are enabled in future versions, this policy will be updated before or at release.

## 6. Camera, Microphone, and Other Permissions

The App may request permissions only when needed by features (for example camera access for scanning QR codes or labels, notifications for reminders, biometrics for protected notes).

Permissions can be managed at any time in iOS Settings (or System Settings on macOS).

## 7. Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) and Password Protection

The App includes optional security features to protect access to Notes and Journal content. These features can use:

Apple biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID, depending on device support), and

a user-defined password stored securely in the system Keychain.

Face data collection:

The App does not collect, scan, record, store, or transmit facial images.

The App does not receive biometric templates.

How biometric authentication is used:

Biometric verification is handled by Apple system frameworks and device secure hardware.

The App only receives an authentication result (success/failure) to unlock protected areas.

Sharing with third parties and storage:

No face data is shared with third parties.

No face data is stored on developer servers.

The optional user-defined password is stored locally in the system Keychain.

Retention:

Since the App does not collect face data, there is no face data retention period.

Keychain-stored password data remains on device until the user changes/removes it, removes the protection feature, or uninstalls the App (subject to platform behavior).

## 8. AI-Generated Content

Some features may include AI-generated text.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for medical, legal, financial, or professional decisions.

The user is responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

## 9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13.

## 10. Data Retention

Data created in the App remains on the user’s device (and/or Apple services when enabled by the user) until the user deletes it or uninstalls the App, subject to Apple platform behavior.

## 11. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Since the App does not centrally collect personal data by default, most controls are available directly on your device:

edit or delete your in-app content,

revoke permissions,

uninstall the App.

## 12. International Users

If you use the App outside Spain, local laws may apply.

## 13. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
