# Neville iOS – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of **La Ley (Neville iOS)** (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Developer

The App is developed and published by:

## 2. License and Allowed Use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s terms and these Terms.

## 3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

– Subscription price is shown in your local currency in the App before purchase.

– Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

– Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

– Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

– You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

– Any free trial (if offered) is forfeited when purchasing a subscription, where applicable.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

## 4. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased eligible content/subscriptions, you can use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.

## 5. User Content

You are responsible for content you create or store in the App (for example notes, journal entries, reminders, images, and text).

You must not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing activities.

## 6. Security and Access Controls (Face ID / Touch ID and Keychain Password)

The App may offer optional access protection for Notes and Journal areas using:

– Apple biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID, depending on device support), and/or

– a user-defined password stored in the system Keychain.

By enabling these protections, you acknowledge and agree that:

– biometric verification is performed by Apple system components, not by the developer,

– the App only receives authentication success/failure status,

– the App does not collect or store facial images or biometric templates,

– you are responsible for maintaining control of your unlocked device and credentials.

## 7. AI Features Disclaimer

The App may provide AI-assisted text generation.

– AI responses can be incorrect or outdated.

– AI output is provided for informational purposes only.

– It must not be considered medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions made using AI output.

## 8. Health/Wellness Content Disclaimer

Any wellness, mindfulness, neuroscience, or educational content is informational and not a substitute for professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

## 9. Availability and Changes

Features may change, be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time to improve the App, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits resulting from use or inability to use the App.

## 11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply. You may terminate by discontinuing use and uninstalling the App.

## 12. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
