Yorjandis Pérez G. (“El Autor“) es el desarrollador, propietario y publicador de la Aplicación para plataformas Apple: Archivador (en iOS) y Archivador+ (en macOS) , en lo de adelante “El Software“. El “usuario final” representa a la persona que adquiere El Software por las vías legales (App Store).

Yorjandis Pérez G. (“The Author”) is the developer, owner and publisher of the Application for Apple platforms: Archivador (on iOS) and Archivador+ (on macOS), hereinafter “The Software”. The “end user” represents the person who acquires the Software through legal channels (App Store).

PRIVACY (PRIVACIDAD)
–Exceptuando la infomación que el usuario final registra de manera explícita en El Software,   El Software no retiene ni procesa ninguna otra información del usuario.

-Exceptions the infomination that the end user explicitly records in the software, the software does not retain or process any other user information.

-La clave de cifrado, para el algoritmo AES GCM,  se genera de manera automática por interno, la primera vez que se ejecuta la app. Esta clave queda almacenada en el llavero del sistema (KeyChain) de manera cifrada y ni el desarrollador ni el usuario final tienen acceso a ella. La seguridad de su almacenamiento se delega a la infraestructura de seguridad subyacente del Sistema Operativo (iOS/ipadOS, watchOS y macOS)

-The encryption key, for the AES GCM algorithm, is generated automatically internally, the first time the app is run. This key is stored in the system keychain (KeyChain) in an encrypted manner and neither the developer nor the end user has access to it. The security of your storage is delegated to the underlying security infrastructure of the Operating System (iOS/ipadOS, watchOS and macOS)

-La sincronización vía iCloud con el ID de Apple no es obligatoria pero si necesaria para la correcta sincronía de la información entre las distintas plataformas (iOS/ipadOS, watchOS y macOS). Esta característica queda disponible si el usuario final habilita la sincronización de iCloud explícitamente. 

-Synchronization via iCloud with the Apple ID is not mandatory but is necessary for the correct synchronization of information between the different platforms (iOS/ipadOS, watchOS and macOS). This feature is available if the end user explicitly enables iCloud sync.

-Los datos cifrados quedan retenidos en el dispositivo físico y en la nube de iCloud. Quedando protegidos por el ID de Apple de la cuenta del usuario final.

-Encrypted data is retained on the physical device and in the iCloud cloud. Being protected by the Apple ID of the end user’s account.

-Si se llegase a exponer el ID de Apple y se tuviera acceso (no deseado) a la información almacenada en el dispositivo o en iCloud, esta aún estaría cifrada con el potente algoritmo AES GCM mejorado. Sin embargo,  El Autor no garantiza la invulnerabilidad de la información expuesta.

-If the Apple ID were to be exposed and there was (unwanted) access to the information stored on the device or in iCloud, it would still be encrypted with the powerful improved AES GCM algorithm. However,  The Author does not guarantee the invulnerability of the information exposed.

-The end user acknowledges and accepts that The Sofware may have imperfections and may not fully meet the end user’s needs. The software is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the author be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

-El usuario final reconoce y acepta que El Sofware puede tener imperfecciones y no cubrir totalmente sus necesidades. La instalación y uso de El Software solo es responsabilidad del usuario final. El usuario final es el único responsable de cualquier pérdida o alteración de los datos almacenados. El Software se proporciona “tal cual”, sin ninguna garantía expresa o implícita. El autor no será responsable en ningún caso de los daños derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de utilizar el software.
